The Exquisite World
of Pâtissier Kakimoto
In 2011, Kakimoto participated in two categories of the World Pastry Cup, Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. In 2013 and 2018, he competed in the World Chocolate Masters, where excellence in flavor, technique, and artistry is judged. In each case, he advanced through domestic competitions and achieved outstanding results on the world stage.
Through these three challenges, Kakimoto absorbed the characteristics of a wide range of ingredients and herbs. He pursued the optimal balance of combinations, creating flavors that participants from around the world exclaimed in delight.
