This full-course menu features 8–9 dishes centered on fresh seafood, including meat dishes, followed by 2 desserts.
The menu changes daily based on the ingredients available. The genre-defying dishes infused with Japanese elements are all true masterpieces.
Portions are balanced to ensure a delightful dining experience from start to
finish.

About Our Desserts
We offer two desserts: a special seasonal dessert and an assortment of cakes and chocolates. We won’t let you down, all the way through to dessert.


Beverages
Kakimoto personally attends tastings to
select wines that pair perfectly with the
dishes. We primarily offer white wines, available by the glass or by the bottle.
Premium wines
for anniversaries are also available. Alongside sake and whiskey, we also offer an extensive range
of unique spirits, including sherry and grappa. Our non-alcoholic beverages, such as homemade ginger
ale and craft cola, are prepared with a focus on taste and aroma.
